Junior Designer

The Junior Designer will be responsible for innovating and designing HMI (Human Machine Interface) operator graphics. S/he will also be defining the customer experience by establishing and adhering to customer conventions and standards. S/he will be responsible for creating detailed and comprehensive and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal process and procedures for graphic development with attention to detail
• Coordinate and effectively communicate with project team
• Create and update documentation for design standards
• Learn and self-train on different customer legacy display building software

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Associate’s Degree (AA) in Drafting, Interface Design or a related technical field; Or have minimum of two years of related experience and/or training
• Clear and organized writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of the fundamentals of Human Factors Engineering (HFE) and abnormal situations management is beneficial
• Intermediate skills with various software programs including PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite
